Who Should Attend?

  • Designed for all senior managers:
    • Managers of 5 to 125 employees.
    • Group Leaders with multiple levels of managers.
    • Senior Leaders who are running companies.
  • We prefer a mix from all levels of the org chart--this makes for better discussion.
  • This workshop works best for people-managers with previous managing experience.

What to Expect

  • Get on the road to becoming a Great Manager--practical and pragmatic.
  • No binders or training manuals, just the roadmap-sized Story Board
that links to the course content. An amazing training takeaway.
  • "Managing at the Movies"--we use fun video clips to make a lasting impact.
  • This is a hands-on class--we talk about real-life managing situations and case studies.
  • We teach from real experience. We've actually managed people, just like you.

Some of our Traditions

  • We'll be the last to leave the room--after 5:00 we can keep going! We'll stay to
answer all your questions, we'll squeeze as much learning into one day.
  • Creature comforts: Coffee, fruit, and pastry is served at 8:00 am. Sandwich bar
working lunch. Expect beverages, snacks, fruit, and plenty of chocolate. Being
from Seattle, we have high standards for coffee.
  • We always dress like it's a casual Friday--you should too!!
