What is Simply Managing?

We set out on a 5-year project to study what Great Managers do.  We wrote an 800-page book that is a wealth of managing best practices.  We tapped into the experience and insight of 30 colleagues, all experienced and proven people-managers. In the end, we captured a total picture of what Great Managers do.

Then we reversed course. We condensed the material and boiled it down to just 2
pages. It's a roadmap-sized product that gives you everything you need to manage people. It's as useful and versatile as a Swiss Army Knife.
