Denny Long

Recently HR Director within Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T Wireless, McCaw Cellular, Weyerhaeuser, and dotcom start-ups.  20+ yrs experience in HR and organization design, employee relations, quality work systems, compensation, recruiting, and building teams.  Brings progressive HR concepts and fresh thinking, like high performing work systems and principle-based managing.  Received Masters in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota; also BS Engineering from UW-Madison and MS in Engineering from Minnesota.

Got Started Managing: Blasting and Drilling Crew Foreman at an open pit mining operation in the

Upper Peninsula of Michigan

Lon Gentry

Currently VP of Human Resources at a banking

institution in Oregon.  He has broad senior-level HR

experience in varied organizations such as Cedar

River Paper in Iowa and Weyerhaeuser in Oregon, as

well as a Senior Operations Manager for an electronics

manufacturing facility for AT&T Fixed Wireless.  Lon is an

expert at implementing high performance work systems,

Total Quality Management, and training front-line

managers.  He received a BA in Organizational

Management from Northwest College. 

Got started managing: Maintenance Manager in a Unionized pulp and paper mill in Oregon.

 

HOLLY LEACH

Presently Principal & Head Administrator for a

Private K-8 Academy near Seattle with staff of 60 and

over $2M budget.  Brings 15+ years of experience managing employees and large groups of volunteers.  Holly has a Masters in Education from Western Washington University, and a B.S. in Child Development/FamilyLife from Oregon State University.  Master trainer, event speaker and group facilitator, with a passion for managing people.

Got Started Managing: Head Administrator over an Orphanage in the U.S. Virgin Island with 40 paid employees and 30 volunteers.

 

Dan Laurenzo

Currently Dan serves on the Senior Management Team and pastoral staff for a large Church in the Seattle area.  Dan has excellent communication and stand-up training skills, and brings broad experiences in leadership development, training and facilitating, management coaching, and counseling people through sticky situations.  Dan received a B.S. Business Administration from S.U.N.Y. of Albany, and a Masters from Dallas Theology Seminary.  Dan is our Chief Learning Officer, and he is a master trainer and group facilitator.

Got Started Managing: Manager of a sales and purchasing department for a large retail chain in Hawaii.
